Welcome to the website of the 2024 edition of the Forum des Jeunes Chercheurs (FJC)!
The Forum des Jeunes Chercheurs (FJC) is the annual scientific gathering of doctoral students from the Environnements-Santé doctoral school of the Universities of Burgundy and Franche-Comté. The FJC enables each doctoral student to share their research work, discuss the various research themes of the doctoral school, and develop collaborations with other participants.
Every year, the FJC welcomes around 300 doctoral students from various laboratories in the Bourgogne Franche-Comté region. The aim of the Forum is to give doctoral students their first experience of a scientific conference, similar to an international congress, in a spirit of sharing and goodwill, with a view to the scientific development of researchers in doctoral training.
Each year, the FJC is organized by a team of volunteer doctoral students from the Environnements-Santé doctoral school, and is held at the Dijon or Besançon sites every other year. For this year 2024, the 29th edition of the Forum des Jeunes Chercheurs will welcome you to the UFR Sciences de la Vie, de la Terre et de l'Environnement (SVTE) of the University of Burgundy, in Dijon, on June 6 and 7, 2024.
All the doctoral school's vast research themes are welcome at the FJC, whether in the fields of medicine, geology, paleontology, biology, food and much more. Over two days, doctoral students will present part of their work to other doctoral students and invited researchers in the form of posters or oral communications. Each doctoral student is invited to make a popular presentation to suit a multidisciplinary audience. Prizes will be awarded for the best poster and oral presentations!
The FJC 2024 will also be punctuated by conferences and round tables open to all, led by guest researchers, on the theme of Nutrition for Health.
Register now and join us at the UFR Sciences de la Vie, de la Terre et de l'Environnement in Dijon on June 6th and 7th, 2024!
